Guy Harvey, artist and conservationist extraordinaire, will be at Busch Gardens Williamsburg this weekend – December 13 and 14, 2019. Park guests will have the chance to learn about his dedication to wildlife and conservation.

While enjoying the festivities of Christmas Town, stop in at Acadia Traders in the park’s New France village. Guy Harvey will be there at select times, and you can pick up an autograph and photo.

Fans can purchase Guy Harvey paintings and merchandise at Das Festhaus gift shop. Autographs and photos will be available during select times each day. Times are as follows:

Friday, December 13, 2019

  • 3:00 – 5:30 p.m.
  • 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.

Saturday, December 14, 2019

  • 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
  • 3:30 – 5:30 p.m.
  • 6:00 – 7:30 p.m.

Guy Harvey is one of my favorite artists. If you’re not familiar with his work, click here to check out his designs. I’m a big fan of his colorful interpretations of fish and wildlife.

In addition to his artistic endeavors, Mr. Harvey is an avid conservationist. The Guy Harvey Ocean Foundation conducts scientific research and provides educational programs to promote marine and wildlife conservation.

While most of Guy Harvey’s work is seen on t-shirts, hats and other merchandise, he does do large-scale murals. There used to be one in Clearwater Beach, Florida. It could possibly still be there, but I can’t comment for sure.

I enjoyed seeing this on a water taxi tour of Fort Lauderdale.
